Need a grocery shopping partner? With this option I will go grocery shopping with you and help you pick foods that will help you reach your goals. You’ll feel good about your choices and you’ll have a better understanding of what to buy next time you go grocery shopping on your own.

Recipe Make-Over:
Cost: $5 per recipe
Have a favorite recipe but it’s not exactly meeting your health needs? Need a gluten free or paleo option of your grandma’s apple pie? Looking to change your favorite lasagna recipe into a low fat version? With this option, you’ll give me your favorite recipe and I’ll transform it into one you can eat (and love) while sticking to your goals.

This course is perfect for kids and parents to do together! In these 6 weeks, you’ll learn more about a complete approach to wellness including:

These sessions are meant for individuals who are looking to make a lasting change in their life. We will work together to create a long term wellness vision and discover the steps you will take to get you to your goals. These sessions can be done over the phone, face-to-face, or online.
